Breaking in Spring

Spring Break

I’m doing a little wordplay action, here. No, I’m not on a Spring Break vacation from my child’s school. The only one of my three children left in school just finished his official Spring Break over a week ago. No, I’m not on a Spring Break from work. Work breaks? What are those? There’s always work to do. I don’t really ever break from it. I just might deflect or ignore it for a moment or two and then I’m right back at it again.

But yes, I’m taking a little break from the regular routine, which would consist of a blog post on something writing therapy-like. However, I decided that today would be a much-needed rest from the norm and the perfect day to just bask in the springtime glow that I’m having to imagine in my mind because it’s downright cold and dreary outside at the current moment.

Hey, it’s still springtime to me, though. No matter how un-springy it appears to be. And, I’m breaking to give my mind a chance to focus on some extended-family member priorities due this week. Truth be told, I need all the time I can get to bring those tasks into some manageable bite-sized pieces I can break off and devour with a quickness.

Now, I’M breaking for the day, but I still have a little assignment for YOU. It’s not a huge one and will only take a few minutes of your time. So, let me lay it out for you.

I’d like for you take one of the following previous blog posts from the “Writing Therapy” series and I’d like for you to give it a read.

These blog posts need a little springtime action. They’ve been somewhat neglected and haven’t had many eyeballs on them yet. And, you can help change that by giving them some well-deserved attention. They’ve been here for you for your reading pleasure, so help ’em out. Pretty please?

So, feel free to take one or two blog posts from the list below and read it (them) if you haven’t already. They sure would appreciate some love, and they’ll even settle for some “Likes.” Hee. Hee.
