You know I always want to make an appearance and say “hi” to let you know that all is well, even if I’m not able to bring you regular programming. So, “hi there.” I pray your week has been a blessed one and that you’ve been able to accomplish some things that you’ve needed to get done. (I know it always feels incredibly fulfilling for me to cross items off my to-do lists, when I can. How about you?)
Anyway, I wasn’t able to do much of that this week. I’ve been a little under the weather but I’m on the mend. Just taking it easy on the old schedule of to-dos (not getting as much done on the online front this week) and trying to get in as much rest as possible. And that brings me to why you’re not reading a new “Blogging Truths Be Told” right about now.
I apologize for that but hope you can give me a pass this week.
Hey, but you don’t have to feel like you’re leaving empty-handed today. Here’s why: the good thing about Degrees of Maternity is there are plenty of posts just sitting in the DOM archives that I bet you haven’t read yet (even “Blogging Truths Be Told” posts). Yes, you can admit that you’ve missed one or two or a bunch. I’m not under the illusion that you’ve read them ALL. And that’s okay if you haven’t. You’re here now. Right?
So, your assignment for this week is to start perusing the posts under the “Blogging Lessons Learned” category from the DOM “Home” page and click on one of those oldies (but hopefully, goodies) to check out. Oh and while you’re at it, it wouldn’t hurt to brush up on some of the posts you’ve already read, as well. It’s amazing how soon we can forget things sometimes.
And on that note, I plan on seeing you next week with some fresh stuff. Take care and until then . . .

Oh, thanks so much Kat. I am definitely doing much better. I appreciate you, dear friend. I think I should be good-to-go very soon. Hopefully, for this week’s content. And yes, that “life happens” thing is inevitable. One of the most real blogging truths out there. Hee. Hee.

I hope you’re much better soon! One of the most important blogging truths I’ve learned is that life happens. It feels weird to “call” in sick when blogging, but I figure if it can be done in the workplace, it can be done in the blogging world. But I do hope you get better soon and are back to your usual self and posting schedule!
