Back to Natural Basics

Thursdays at Degrees of Maternity are getting a face-lift, y’all!

Yes, indeed.

I’m giving The Art of People Business series a little break, but it’ll be back. Don’t you worry. And while it’s on its few week hiatus, Back to Natural Basics will be up and running.

And, I’m here for it!

The Back to Natural Basics series will be about everything “earthy” and “natural”.

Here’s some background for the reasoning behind the switch:

I’m so incredibly busy with my regularly-scheduled content creative activities and the new product development journey has added another layer to the workout routine around here. Therefore, there always seems to be something that takes precedence over educating myself and my family on health-related action the back to nature way.

And, I’ll never get to learning about gardening, herbs, essential oils, and natural concoctions/home remedies like I’ve been wanting to for some time now, if I don’t JUST START the self-education process already.

And, that’s where you come in.

You will be the reason that I get this timely education that’s so desperately needed the world over. My accountability to you in developing these Thursday posts, knowing that you might want to learn a little somethin’ somethin’ about nature, will kick my yearning for learning into gear.

And with the pandemic and the need for us to individually and collectively seek more ways to take control of our health and the health of our families, I think it’s about time that I focus some major educational effort toward learning about the things that occur naturally in nature that can benefit us all mentally and bodily.

Now, I’m no natural health care professional, so take what I say on my blog as third-hand information coming from someone else to me to you. It’s always advisable to consult your own health care professional before starting any kind of health-related regimen, but I’ll be glad to share what I learn from credible sources as I learn it myself. And, you can wisely consider whether or not the information is appropriate for your specific health needs.

So, come along for the ride. It starts next week!

I’ll be sharing some quick tips and food for thought to help move you in the direction of looking for healthier options for your well-being. And, I’ll probably be using a lot of lists and infographics to provide different and interesting ways to package the info I send out to you. Thursdays will be full of applicable knowledge, arranged in the most concise, short-form blog posts you’ll probably ever see at Degrees of Maternity.

It’s time for some healing in this world, don’t you think? Why not start with your own?
