Happy Sunday, All! I woke up early with a little writing on my mind and feeling so thankful to see another beautiful day. As I reflected on my mission in life, it became fundamentally clear to me that the premise behind everything I’m striving to do with Degrees of Maternity has to do with a common thread that links all of us as human beings. And that commonality is the fact that we all LIVE LIFE.
I can’t talk about it enough. LIFE. The subject is inexhaustible. As a matter of fact, I examine life quite a bit in my first book (coming soon to a Kindle store near you) and I’m guaranteed to talk about it in future books as well. It’s the one subject matter that can give you high-level competencies just by living it the right way long enough. If I can take a moment to highlight a line out of my book, here’s how I sum up, in a few words, what I see as my creative purpose in life:
“I’ve come to the realization that my abilities rest within sharing what I know to help others grow.”
And that’s life, Baby! And in recognition of this underlying focus in everything that I do, I’ve decided to update the Degrees of Maternity tagline to give it some additional “life”. The tag once read as “. . . where education never ceases”. It now reads as “. . . where life education never ceases”. (I’m still in the process of updating all of the platforms with the new tagline, but this task should be completed by the end of the day.) Yes, you’ll be getting more of the same from Degrees of Maternity: life education galore. But I’m hoping that you’ll find this type of education beneficial, because you’re sure to find some golden nuggets life-applicable to you.
