Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in the life of Degrees of Maternity (DOM), literally. The start of Book #2 is on the horizon and the skies are looking clear and bright . . . clearer and brighter than ever. The reason for this clarity and hopeful optimism in the continuance of my writing journey rests on my appreciation of you and what matters most to you as a visual consumer of the written word. I value your knowledge . . . your opinion . . . your feedback. And for this very reason, I’d like for you to take a more hands-on role in travelling on my writing journey with me.
Here’s what I’m humbly proposing to you. I would like for you to actively participate in the “DOM Build-a-Book Project”. In this project, you would assist me in framing a book (Book #2 in my writing journey) that will be meaningful to YOU. And the only way that I can be assured that my next book will be a book you can relate to is by capturing beneficial information you’d like to see written in a book.
I’ll be placing some polls on this blog and repeating the same polls (slightly tweaked) on my Twitter account @degsofmaternity to get important feedback from you. Feel free to go to one of the two sites to make your voice known. Your responses will be used in creating a book for the people by the people. The more you participate, the more the book will morph into something you can consider as worthwhile and life-applicable. Let’s go!
